Choose the start date at check out and your flowers will be delivered the following Thursday. Deliveries will continue every fourth Thursday for the amount of months you have purchased. Please note that Park Deli Monthly is sold by duration, either 3, 6, or 12 months, and cannot be canceled, shortened or refunded. Park Deli Monthly is final sale. You will be charged for the full duration of the frequency you choose at the time of check out. We will contact you regarding renewal.
Please provide detailed delivery instructions including building keycodes at checkout. Deliveries will arrive during a designated time slot between the hours of 1-5PM. It is highly recommended that you place the flowers in water within 1 hour of them being delivered. Park Deli is not responsible for flowers once delivered and refunds will not be given for customer negligence. Instructions on how best to care for your Park Deli Monthly bouquet can be found here.
You may pause your subscription 2x/year. Notice must be sent via email no later than Wednesday 3PM for the following day's delivery to be paused.
Park Deli Monthly subscriptions are non-transferable, and multiple delivery addresses are not permitted. If you plan on moving, just let us know.
If Thursday delivery does not work with your schedule, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
